Mark Sutcliffe, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Football Association, one of our keynote speakers, will be speaking on the growing synergy between sports betting and sports in Asia at the iGaming Asia Congress on 13-15 March 2018 in Macau.
As a Chief Executive of a Football Association in Asia, Mark shared his first-hand information on the latest sports betting development in Asia during the interview. He also shared his view on the influence of sports betting to sports clubs.

About Mark Sutcliffe
In 2009, Mark was appointed by the HKSAR Government to prepare the Football Development Strategy ‘Dare to Dream’ and in 2011 was the principal author of ‘Project Phoenix’, the plan to transform football in Hong Kong. In 2012 he moved to Hong Kong to become the CEO of the Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA) and to take responsibility for the implementation of the new strategy. He has been at the HKFA for over five years now and during that time the organisation is acknowledged to have made significant improvements both on and off the pitch. Mark has made particular efforts to ‘clean-up’ the sport and has placed integrity at the top of the agenda for change.
