Based in Seattle with offices in Los Angeles, Hal Bringman is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and communications strategist with a demonstrated 15-year track record of using his media expertise to build solid business opportunities around trends detected in their most nascent stages. He has been a key player in many of technology’s most seminal events, including the unleashing of digital distribution in the entertainment industry propelled by the launch of MP3.com and Napster. Beginning in 2000, he followed up this advent by helping to usher in the rise of mobile technology by launching and shaping the earliest mobile entertainment companies. In 1998, Hal Bringman launched MP3.com as his company’s first client taking the company from inception through IPO — and simultaneously introduced digital music to the marketplace. The acumen and instincts to successfully drill down and detect trend findings, look deeper at consumer needs, and locate any sense of friction and subsequently helping to shape or create solutions—all with an entrepreneurial mindset – drives Hal Bringman’s work. As VentureBeat reported, Bringman’s NVPR helped broker the 2012 $500m acquisition of Double Down Interactive by IGT (NYSE: IGT) “…NVPR introduced the two parties, with the Raine Group and Davis Wright Tremaine finalizing the transaction.” The company conducts global mindshare, business development and marketing services that give companies a competitive edge.
